New to Vrbo but the hobbit house has been open for two years on other sites. We have a five star rating. This cabin atmosphere is cozy and I am told the pictures do not do the hobbit door justice. This warm space is in the lower level of my home (private enterance). The living room, 2 bedrooms, reading nook and bath are all yours ! Living area: leather couch that seats 12 or sleeps 4 easily, a 75 nch TV 1000s of movie options. Name a movie & it’s on there! Xbox one with elite controller. The property is quiet and nicely situated on 5 private acres in the woods and a generous distance from neighbors. Amenities include private dock, back deck with table and plenty of comfy chairs, fireplace ring, and two car garage. The four bedrooms are lovingly decorated to be relaxed and welcoming. The large living room has wood floors, a rustic stone fireplace and 49 inch television. The kitchen has china and silverware for 18 or more along with pots, pans and bakeware. The dining room table seats 6-8 and the roomy center island seats another 6-9. Children love the large kid s room which includes two full size bunkbeds, couch, comfy chair and television. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in shower and also a luxurious soaking tub with whirlpool jets. The other two bedrooms have comfy queen beds.

You will enter in to a large open air living room/kitchen combo with large rock fireplace and rustic architecture. Our home has 3 private bedrooms. The master has a king bed and on suite bath with walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The two guest bedrooms have queen size beds, the guest bathroom has a walk in tub for those needing handicap facilities. Kitchen has all kitchen appliances and amenities as well as grill outside for use. We also have a formal dining room and lots of outdoor seating for dining and enjoying the views. The back side of the house has floor to ceiling windows for optimal viewing and allowing natural light in. We also have a theatre room for enjoyment that has two couches, single bed and 2 Murphy Beds and 2 toddler beds set up if you need or want those for younger kids to sleep. We have a air mattress available and lots of extra pillows and blankets for comfort available for your use. There is plenty of space for just about any size group. Several fire pits around for cozy comfort or roasting marshmallows. A quick drive down the driveway will take you to a local “secret” Lake Dardanelle fishing spot. This is our primary home and we stay in our garage apartment while guests are in residence. We are available for tours and to answer any questions. This is our home and farm so we will be around but when booking the entire home you will have it all to yourself. We made the decision to open our home up to meet and welcome people and share our little private escape from the busy city life. Parking-our property is very large and you could park a jumbo jet if needed. You will have no issues parking RV’s if you are on a stop through, trucks with boats and trailers, and a number of vehicles. We have covered parking for motorcycles and vehicles if you request. Guest access Guests will have full private access to home including master, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining, laundry, play area and media room. Main patios off the house will be private as well as fire pits. The land with farm animals and our son and his family live on the other home on the property so you may see any of us coming and going and tending to the land and animals. Other things to note Pets-we have several farm animals that stay in their fencing. We have three outdoor cats who enjoys a pet. The other home on the property is owned by my son; his wife and daughters have a big fur family! Dogs are out a various times of the day for restroom breaks, all are friendly and would enjoy being pet or played with. Because we are in the woods and there are a variety of wild animals, we do not allow pets as they would be unfamiliar with the surroundings and it might pose a danger to them; however we know people travel with their pets, so we have some great inexpensive options for boarding close to town that we can help you book for your pet. Please let us know if you are uncomfortable with pets and we will do our best to keep the pets in their home during your stay. If you have children who would like an introduction to the pets let us know. If there are places on the property you would like to explore, please let me know and I can let you know where we have animals and what you'll need when you look around. Cabin is just six miles from town and Wallmart. Located within driving distance of three State park mountains 1) at Mt Nebo 2) Mt. Magazine and 3) Petit Jean Mountain. All are beautiful day trips. All have biking and hiking trails. We are also six miles from several golf courses. Chamberlain west toward Danville Lake Dardanelle also has great fishing spots. Delaware Bay, Spring Lake, Blue Mt. Lake just to name a few. Hollow Bend Wildlife Reserve is a great place to bird watch and if your lucky a deer or bald eagle might pop up. Maybe ten miles away. Back deck with great view of Mt Nebo for relaxing or grilling. Newly installed fire pit just off back deck. Sunsets and sunrise are most usually breathtaking !!!

This home was completed in 2018. It is a one bedroom located on 36 acres. There are two fishing ponds and hiking/mountain bike trails on the property for guests to use. The kitchen is stocked with Pampered Chef cookware and bakeware. There are new appliances and amenities throughout. The sofa, also purchased new in 2018, converts into a queen bed for 2 additional guests. In the Master bedroom, there is a queen size bed. There is also a large desk for those who are working while away. The bathroom features an oversized soaker tub as well as a large shower head. We have contactless checkin/checkout with our keypad entry system and follow the CDC guidelines for cleaning.

The cabin is in the timber woods with two bedrooms w/queen size beds, two restrooms w/showers, one fold-out queen size couch, full kitchen and living room, back deck, 600' screened porch, front porch for hammocks, stocked pond, no cable TV! From the timber farm it is 15 minutes to the top of Mt. Nebo or 30 minutes to the top of Mt. Magazine. No pets or hunting and all Art is originals, so be Safe and Enjoy!

Most cell phone plans work just fine out here and guests are welcome to use the internet connection at the property managers house if needed. Pets are welcome, but must get along with other dogs, cats, and farm animals. A $40 charge for pets is required. Breakfast goodies and afternoon and evening meals can be paid after booking! It is a great fishing lake but not conducive to other water sports such as skiing or tubing. Public pier fishing and boat rental available at local marina.

This house has been newly renovated to ensure you have all the comforts of home. When you walk in you enter the kitchen which is set back from the living and Bistro area and has clear views through the living room of the lake. It has new countertops, stainless steel sink and fully equipped with Stainless steel appliances that include a five burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. For your convenience there is also a garbage disposal and large pantry. You will immediately notice the views through the living room of the lake. There is a Deer hunting room decorated with deer hunting in mind, Fishing room complete with a small vintage motor and many fishing tackle items and there is also a Duck hunting room for the avid duck hunter. There are two completely renovated and modern bathrooms. Each one has a walk in shower with glass doors, elongated toilet and vanity with storage. Outside you will notice a patio with a nice fire-pit and additional sitting areas and an eighty foot boat dock with electric hookups for recharging your boat battery. Great fishing directly off the dock. The house is located on Harris Break Lake and just minutes from Harris Break Wildlife Management area which encompasses 2788 acres including a 1,200 acre lake and a 800 acre green tree reservoir. This is where you can hunt for Deer, Bear, Crow, Quail, Dove, Rabbit, squirrel, Turkey, Duck, Geese and other furbearers. Also nearby Lake Sylvia Recreational Area, Fourche Lafave River, Petit Jean Mountain, Ouachita National Forest, 5 miles to Perryville and only 45 minutes to Little Rock
